1. Using Appiversary
By creating a workspace, you agree to these terms. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization and to enter the information of the team members you add.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Appiversary to store data you don't have the right to store, to attempt to access another organization's data, or to disrupt the service.
4. Your data
You own the data you enter. You can export your member list as a CSV at any time, and you can request full deletion of your organization's data by contacting us.
5. Premium subscriptions and billing
Appiversary offers a paid Premium plan alongside the free plan. Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial of Premium; after the trial, Premium features require an active paid subscription, billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe or PayPal. You can cancel anytime from Settings — cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period. If a payment fails or your subscription ends, your workspace reverts to the free plan's limits; you never lose access to your data.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep Appiversary available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and the service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appiversary is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Appiversary and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
